Today, we are bringing our wanderlust series home for its final conclusion. It would be impossible to end the journey anywhere else but the Caribbean- an undeniable source of romantic inspiration and incredible beauty!

As the region is very diverse, comprising several countries with rich, individual, cultural identities- choosing to create just one inspiration board to represent us was a very difficult choice. Luckily, there are a few commonalities I was able to draw on.

Bright, vibrant colours are very popular in the Caribbean and they seem to be quite favoured in weddings as well. A beautiful, sunset coloured palette therefore, seems only fitting for this tropical inspiration board. I’ve also noticed that Caribbean weddings however large or small they are and regardless of their venue, tend to reflect an air of formal elegance rooted in tradition. For a slight change, I love the idea of a throwing a lovely garden wedding which creates a nice balance between the rustic, tropical setting and a classic celebration!
