We are always over the moon to discover new designers so it is such a delight to be introduced to the work of Naturae Design and their handcrafted hair accessories and jewelry, made of antique and precious metals.

Owner and designer Daniella van den Huijssen draws inspiration from natural elements and from the classic tradition of wearing myrtle as a crown, a symbol of love which stems from ancient Greece.  Silver plated crowns were usually worn for weddings or the 25th anniversary of marriage while the 50th anniversary was typically celebrated with a gold plated crown. So wonderfully romantic to see this tradition honoured in modern times!
