It’s hard to believe that this private resort is just minutes from the busy Cancun nightlife, yet you feel transported to your own secluded paradise. Built on the ancient base of Mayan astronomers, this venue is considered a wellness oasis. Known as one of the most “Instagramable Resorts in the World,” Nizuc takes homage from its Mayan roots with its clean eye-catching architecture and details. Cascading fountains, koi ponds, and water designs mixed with fire transport you to a different beautiful world.

The simplicity of colors inspired this editorial to play off the rich green and blue tones of the natural setting, beach, and ocean. Taking nods to local Mexican art throughout the tablescape design and showcasing the beautiful Mayan culture of the area. The florals were kept neutral in a monochromatic fusion with the linen and dinnerware.

Having the privilege of a private beachfront ceremony space allowed the use of the ocean as a backdrop with simple handmade leather round poufs for guest seating adorned with florals.”
