Vintage glamour at its finest, this stunning wedding editorial, captured by Edward Lai Photography and styled so exquisitely by A Day To Remember, flawlessly brings to life the whimsy, charm and excitement of the 1920’s Jazz Age!
Inspired by the HBO series, ‘Boardwalk Empire’, the shoot was infused with strikingly masculine, edgy details such as an elaborate cigar bar, the incorporation of a deer motif and antler decor. Soft romantic elements including cozy lighting, pretty blooms and a dreamy palette of marsala and peach, were weaved in to balance and complete the look! Such a creative and delightful vision!

From Edward Lai Photography: We were inspired by the modern and sexy feel of The Loft At Earls. For our modern day Boardwalk Empire theme, we wanted to utilize the brick, wood and leather elements of the room and furnishings.
From A Day to Remember Weddings & Events: A gold sequenced table runner was aligned on a wooden table. A set of moose antlers served as the centrepiece, draped with heavy greens and marsala and peach florals.
Tall, gold candle holders, charger plates, beaded napkin holders and peach napkins were added. Cracked styled gold wine glasses brought a more modern and stylish element. To create a soft, cozy atmosphere, cafe lights hung over the wall. A large cigar bar was created in a decorative display featuring mirrors, lanterns, cigars and accessories from City Cigar. Cigars were also used as favours and as place cards for each guest at the table.
