For today’s inspiration shoot, styled by Laura Miller Design, a palette of soft, muted neutrals, paired with shades of blue as an accent, help to create a modern classic aesthetic. Paper goods by Andi Mejia compliment this combination to perfection with delicate calligraphy and textured details. Playing further on the fusion of elements, the romantic tablescape emphasizes a tone of elegance while the lush arbor and seating chart are infused with greenery for a natural, organic touch. With such flawless execution and stunning images captured by The Ganeys, we are in heaven!
From The Ganeys: Does it get any more romantic than a vineyard wedding in Northern California? I don’t think so! It was a dream to photograph this Elliston Vineyards wedding inspiration. What started off as a neural color palette and simple vision evolved in the best way, thanks to Laura Miller Design.
Laura of Laura Miller Design worked incredibly hard to pull this shoot together. To say that she was integral to the success is an understatement.
Andi Mejia, the incredible calligrapher based out of Orlando, painted the invitations and vows for our session. I love how organically the words flow, and the sweet gold string that ties the pieces together seems to be her signature. Add on a white seal and my paper good dreams are made!
Our bride wore a simple lace gown from Dean & Willow designed by Mikaella Bridal. With a high neckline and a v-back, it was quite elegant. She wore her hair in a braided bun. In addition, Makeup by Quis applied the bride’s makeup perfectly. I loved her bold eyebrows! She carried a lush, overflowing bouquet in her hands. Filled with white blooms and plenty of greenery, it was more than I ever imagined!
My favorite part of the shoot was the reception table. With the help of the seating chart, guests found their seat. The rich blue tablecloth from Pleasanton Rentals was truly incredible. Laura styled the space perfectly – complete with gold flatware, a folded light blue napkin, and blue tea candle votives. The centerpiece overflowed from the center of the table, with lush blooms and vines cascading, acting as a welcoming hand to each guest. The pops of yellow in the candlesticks was the perfect compliment to the deep blue cloth and linen French chairs.
Finally, guests enjoyed mini vanilla cakes at the end of the evening. That’s a trend I’m hoping catches on! I love the ideas of dessert tables with plenty of options!
