I met a nice man from France recently and in his opinion, to know the real France, you have to see it’s beautiful countryside. He mentioned the famous Provence region which has a rich historic and cultural heritage. The vast lavender fields in Provence, which are actually in bloom right about now, create the most stunning landscape there, drawing millions of tourists annually.
