Happy Monday all, I hope your weekend was great! Here’s a bit more insight into our travel-inspired series– Morocco is where and what started it all for me – I went straight into wanderlust mode after seeing this incredible styled shoot from Pearl and Godiva! I knew that that I definitely wanted to explore some Moroccan wedding inspiration but I also started thinking about all of the gorgeous destinations out there that provide so many wonderful wedding ideas and so the seed was planted!
As for today’s inspiration board, this is a colourful and romantic interpretation of the theme with a mainly pink, yellow, brown and gold palette featuring Moroccan-inspired patterns. I like the idea of going bold but keeping it very feminine!

Don’t be surprised if I do another Moroccan board at a later date, I am so fascinated by this North African country and would love to see the bustling city of Marrakesh some day! Coincidentally, this is the same city where British model Poppy Delevingne hosted her second wedding celebration just last month (the first, took place in London).
If you need any convincing to add this amazing country to your travel list, here’s a beautiful glimpse of Morocco captured by Jose Villa.
