Inspiration from the one and only legend, Selena. When you are iconic enough to only go by one name … you know you’ve made an impact. Here is some wedding inspiration drawn from this amazing woman.

from the photographer: “Selena Quintanilla has long been an idol to thousands and even today, 25 years since her devestating death, she is still a strong presence in our world.
Seeing these rich colors alongside Mexican names does something to my soul.
I physically cried when I saw the film scans.
This was a very personal project for hair and makeup artist Jasmine, of Blossom and Beauty and myself. Our hearts were in this. Our memories of her flowed through. Everything it meant to us as kids, seeing someone like us doing so much good in the world by just being unapologetically herself, just spilled out when designing this together.
We may not have met her but she definitely changed us.”
