Sometime ago, we experienced the beautiful work of A Very Beloved Wedding and Manuela Kalupar with an amazing honeymoon editorial unlike any other (revisit here, here and here). Now they’re back with the final part of this sumptuous inspiration series, documented at the architectural museum of Poble Espanyol in Barcelona, Spain, with a rich, vibrant palette! As before, we are awestruck by the ethereal, dreamlike quality of these stunning images!

The goblets were heavy when they were brought to us,
But when filled with pure wine they became so light
That they almost flew up high with it
Just as the bodies are lifted up high by the spirits.
-Idris Ibn-al- Yaman al-Sabini al-Yabisi (Eivissa, 10th/11th century)
From A Very Beloved Wedding: This poem from the Andalusian Arabic Golden Age makes us feel the taste of wine as if it were pure love, it makes us see golden light and feel the freedom of our spirits. With this Trilogy, we bring this poem to life and tell the story of these two lovers experiencing their honeymoon, from moon to moon.
