This couple happened to be running a marathon at Euro Disney, and The Ganey’s couldn’t help but join them for some bucket list engagement pictures! We think they made the right choice – check out this sweetness!
How did the two of you meet?
We were introduced by mutual friends who were dating at the time. They broke up a week after Josh and I were introduced, so we met just in time!
What’s your proposal story?
It’s a little nontraditional in the sense that we did quite a bit of planning before we actually got engaged. Josh suggested that we start looking at rings and with that we started planning too. Once we picked out a ring, Josh didn’t tell me when it was finished being made and I was anxiously awaiting when he would actually be popping the question! He proposed at Magic Kingdom at the wishing well by Cinderella’s Castle and it was magical.
Tell us about your engagement outfit choices?
Being in Paris, we wanted our more formal engagement outfit to fit the setting but also still be true to our styles. I found a long dress in “French blue” and we coordinated Josh’s outfit to match. Our casual outfits were more planning around Josh’s shirt – it was checkered in red, white, and blue, the colors of our United States flag and the France flag.
