Today we’re bringing you something a little different – a fun and colorful bridal shower that would be perfect for your vivacious tropical inspired soirée!

from the planner: “Prepare to fall in love when you see this show-stopping gallery of modern meets glam bridal shower. This colorful bridal shower took place at Flourish Restaurant inside the CopperWynd Resort in Fountain Hills, Arizona.

The entire space was felt harmonious despite its eclectic décor and vivid blooms. Bright floral centerpieces created by Bloom & Blueprint added cheer to every table. A powerful pop of color was introduced through the transitional lounge furniture but the hot pink velvet sofas from Prim Rentals gave the space a touch of elevated glamour.

The open bar was surrounded by green hedge walls and painted architectural floral arrangements. Guests grabbed a signature Elderflower Spritz cocktail in tinted pink goblets before enjoying the picturesque Arizona mountain backdrop for mingling.

At sunset, guests were seated for a 3 course plated dinner at funky acrylic tables. To keep things happy and eclectic, tabletops were set with Christian Lacroix Sol y Sombra Chargers, pink tinted goblets and soft pink Cutipol Goa Flatware. To complete the look, hand-made custom paper tassel place card were tucked into stylish knotted napkins.

After dinner was served, ladies indulged in the mini dessert display created by Sift Bake House. Once the cake was cut, guests moved to the lounge area for games and gifts!

Pink was the name of the game at this summertime shower, but it’s refined aesthetic was showcased through whimsical floral, bright décor and playful place settings designed and planned by Mandy Marie Creative.”

We asked the bride, Nicole, a few questions about the day:

What was your design inspiration? I love color and like to see it all together. My family has jokes about my style being every color on the color wheel. I’ve been told this colorfulness is also a good description for my personality, lively, carefree and fun.

How did you meet and what’s your proposal story? Caleb and I met in San Diego while living at the beach through mutual friends in college. Caleb proposed to me on Christmas Eve with a new puppy we named Arlington. I walked into a room with both our families and Caleb handed me Arli, our new English Retriever. I was shocked and shed a few tears of joy! Then he had me open some dog gifts for our new little pup. As I turned around to open the last gift I saw the ring box. When I turned around Caleb was on one knee and asked me to be his wife. I was over joyed to say YES! Which I barely got out with all the emotion of a new pup and proposal.

What was your favorite part of the day? I really enjoyed having so many friends and family from near and far join me to celebrate my upcoming wedding. It was overwhelming and an amazing feeling to have so many people show up for a special time in my life. The shower details, floral and venue planned by Mandy Marie Creative was also a nice touch! The details were surreal and unlike any shower I had ever attended which made it feel even more special. I’d love to do it all over again if I could!
