We may not have fall here in the Caribbean, but it is quite helpful to draw colour inspiration from everywhere when putting together the palette for an event. Pantone’s Report of their Top Ten Colours for Women’s Fall Fashion this year, is worth examining for their intriguing, ‘untypical’ picks!
Included in the lot is Pantone’s colour of the year, Radiant Orchid, as well as other fun choices like Misted Yellow, Sangria, Royal Blue, Bright Cobalt, Aurora Red and Cypress. These are balanced by the more sedate, but equally compelling, Aluminium, Mauve Mist and Cognac.
Interestingly, the men’s colour report was identical except for the choice of a ‘slightly grayer’ Sea Fog over Mauve Mist!
