All the way from Russia comes this stylish, seaside anniversary session, captured by fine art wedding photographer, Luiza Smirnova. Soft, blue hues accented by fresh greenery, delicate peach and white blooms and muted neutrals were the perfect compliment to the nautical-inspired session. What an incredibly romantic way to celebrate a wedding anniversary!

From the bride and groom: A year has passed since the most important, significant event of our lives took place and even now we still consider ourselves newlyweds. Being husband and wife for the past year feels like one continuous honeymoon for us. This is the reason we decided to do another wedding photo session, a year later.
The style of shoot corresponds to the atmosphere at our wedding, but with less formality. As our wedding took place near the waters of the gulf of Finland, the photo session was based on marine motifs, a reminder that St. Petersburg is a major maritime city of Russia.
Luiza organized the pre-wedding shooting of the “love story” and accompanied us everywhere on the day. The shoot took place on the shore of Ladoga Lake, born of the Neva River, one of the symbols of St. Petersburg. The Neva River gives life to the city, nourishes its rivers and canals and defines the unique climate of St. Petersburg.
The photo session brought us back to one of the most memorable days of our lives. The images impressed us so much, we could not hold back our delight- each element was well thought out and fit into the theme of the session. Thank you to everyone who participated in our journey, you have created another beautiful memory for us!
