Have you tried any of the tropical wedding cocktails from our Signature Drink series? No time like the present! We’re introducing two more exquisite mixtures for your lounging pleasure. First up- a Mango Lime Bellini from Carrie Moe of Type A Society with images by Kellē Sauer.
Mango Lime Bellini Ingredients:
1 cup of diced mango
3 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
a bottle of Prosecco or other sparkling wine
From Carrie Moe: Place the diced mango pieces into a blender. Add the lime juice, then blend everything to create a smooth purée. Adding 2-4 tablespoons of Prosecco or water will help if you have any issues on blending. Strain your purée to remove any large chunks.
Add the purée into each Champagne flute – about 2 tablespoons. Fill the flutes with Prosecco slowly, but be sure not to add it all the way to the top of the flutes to leave room for fizzing.
