From KMK Design: We’ve been seeing a trend among brides in the last couple months that we hope is not just passing, but a soon-to-be tradition: extraordinary gratitude. Modern brides know that an often unsung part of their love story began long ago-sometimes well before the groom ever came into the picture-with the girls in her life who helped shape her into the woman she is at present, preparing to join her life with another. Many brides think of creative ways to ask their girls to stand by their side as they exchange vows, but even the sweetest poems and cards can fall short of truly honoring the women who have shown them support through the years. Enter the “Will You Be My Bridesmaid” luncheon. A celebration, carved out of the busy planning focused solely on the wedding, the “WYBMB” luncheon stops us to say thank you, and humbly makes the women in a bride’s life the honorable guests.
