As we hit the mid-week mark, we’re landing in new territory with out very first Costa Rica wedding, courtesy of destination wedding and lifestyle photographer, Chelsea Erwin. You couldn’t wish for a more beautiful introduction than this elegant beach wedding affair, complete with an oh-so chic yellow, grey and white palette and lush, tropical blooms!

From Chelsea Erwin Photography: I was beyond excited at the thought of photographing Erika and Justin’s wedding, having felt an instant connection with them when I did their engagement session. Undoubtedly, this wedding was going to be special but I didn’t realize just how much, until the day actually came. Destination weddings usually entail a few friends and family undertaking a long journey to see you get married. Erika and Justin had 70 guests and – ALL of them were close friends and family. To see so many people that Justin and Erika had known most of their life make the journey all the way to Costa Rica was quite refreshing and demonstrated their immense love for this couple. Days like these, where the love is that overwhelming and infinite, are a great reminder of the reasons I shoot weddings. To Erika and Justin- congratulations! What an honour to be a part of your day! I am so happy to add you two to the long list of clients that have now become friends.
