Want to get married in Nova Scotia? We love the windows in this venue that overlook the sea, creating an idyllic symmetry between sky and water. The reception space was clean and bright, allowing the floral decorations and various elements to just shine!
from the floral designer: ““Mary Beth and Robbie were already in love with each other when they fell in love again with their wedding venue. Quarterdeck Resort is tucked away on the south shore of Nova Scotia hanging over the Atlantic Ocean and next to Summerville Beach. Mary Beth was inspired by the modern coastal venue with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean vista.
She took her décor inspiration from the windows and incorporated modern glass and acrylic elements throughout the wedding. The venue has a modern lobster trap installation hanging over tables and the warm tones of her colour pallet were pulled from the colour of the lobster traps. Warm florals in peach, coral, blush and pops of yellow added colour to the streamlined the tablescape.”
