After losing 35lbs in preparation for her wedding day, Rachel had decided to look for a new wedding gown. But before selling the first dress, I convinced her to wear it just once for a bridal session! We knew this session needed to be grand, as well as elegant and organic, so we chose Smith Rock for the location. The original dress Rachel chose was elegant and simple and we wanted to honor that choice with the details and styling we paired with it. We kept her hair and makeup soft and organic, finishing the look with a rose gold hairpiece and a stunning fine art floral bouquet. The pale pinks, oranges, and whites were a perfect match to the spring desert tones that surrounded Smith Rock.”
