An exercise in modern, industrial elegance infused with romantic touches, today’s styled editorial from Grit + Gold overflows with exciting ideas for contemporary couples. We’re smitten with the vibrant, summer palette, weaved into the refined tablescape as well as a charming wedding cake that’s way too pretty to eat. There is much to swoon over in these captures by Kate Pease Photography, including the gorgeous blooms styled by Root + Bloom and oh-so chic wedding stationery details by Pink Champagne Paper!
From Grit + Gold: Our summer shoot, at a soon-to-be opened industrial venue in Fort Worth Texas, was inspired by the aged and patina colored walls that lent terra tones and summer vibes. We paired our pale peach tones and mauve with cobalt blue details in our china to present a crisp and romantic mood. You will see touches of a boho feel but not so much that the romance isn’t prominent. Texture exudes this design through the floral, the walls and details found in the cake and paper. Our bride wore a intricate lace gown and a beautiful, custom, cathedral style veil with hand-sewn detailing.
