Even in the fog, there is beauty. Perfect days don’t have to be sunny with blue skies – there is beauty to be found in all surroundings, if we just look for it. Today we are loving on this moody and foggy inspiration from the Oregon coast!
from the photographer: “With Crook Point being the venue for this shoot, there is definitely a little bit of emphasis on that destination micro-wedding feel. This private beach gives off a very intimate and homey atmosphere and on a clear day you can see arch rock in the ocean just past the private shore. I love Bella’s beautiful red hair against the foggy coastline and I think that’s a huge part of what inspires me about this shoot, there is a boldness to it in contrast with a softer landscape. Being a part of this as the photographer, after parking and walking out onto the beach I did almost feel as if I had transported to another world, which to a certain extent is the goal with most wedding decor and design, to be able to transport the viewer to the world you are envisioning. Megan from Freckled Fleurs always does an outstanding job with her creations. I love her use of anemones in this bouquet and the soft blues and purples in this color palette. They do add a pop of color to a neutral coastal landscape.
