Elopements can be in your backyard or a magical destination like the infamous Sutro Baths ruin in San Francisco. Once the worlds largest indoor swimming facility, now just ruins remain from a fire which destroyed the facility in 1966. From the ashes of that tragedy a popular destination has emerged for photos and other unique artistry.

from the photographer: “There’s no better place than having an elopement listening to the crash of the waves along the Pacific Ocean at the Sutro Baths! As they rushed over towards the San Francisco Bay to have their vow exchange on the top of the cliff. Then afterwards, they had a beautiful tablescape waiting for them at Sutro Baths that overlooked the breathtaking view! The bride’s dress flowed through the wind which complemented the florals of hues of blue, white, and peach blossoms. The inspiration drew on the table with an intimate picnic set up for the couple to relax in each other’s company. We added a delicious charcuterie board of the couple’s favorites and desserts. With a wooden low table, we added rustic plate settings of a wool charger, dinner plates, and a loose linen napkin. To tie it all together, we added the dinner cards and a variety of candle sticks to create an intimate setting for the two. They closed their journey as one with a toast of champagne and desserts.”
